1. Choose a date/time ( does not matter what time you choose, you need to be at the facility by 6:30pm)
2. Prepare for Class: Bring the following essentials to ensure a successful training experience:
– Workout clothes
– Knee pads and elbow pads
– Water bottle and snacks
Class Schedule and Arrival Time
– Weekdays: Classes run for 3 hours. Please arrive no later than 6:30 PM , as classes operate on a strict schedule. Class runs 7pm to 9pm
– Session Times: Free classes are only available during the weekly training Schedule.

– When you arrive, simply enter The Zoo Health Club, let the front desk know you’re there for wrestling training, and they’ll direct you to our training area.
